Could Princess Beatrice become the Queen of England?

Upcoming changes to the way the Royal family’s line of succession, means that Princess Beatrice could be made Queen. Well this could possibly happen, in theory at least.
We will detail some dramatic choices or events that would be needed but, yes… Princess Beatrice possibly one day became Queen of England. Or related states and titles.
As I write this in late 2020. Prince Charles is currently next in line to the throne, followed by his son, Prince William. However, when the Queen hands the throne to Prince Charles. There will be a shift in the line of succession, this will move Princess Beatrice, up to the eighth position.
So technically, this means that HRH Beatrice is still placed behind Prince William and his three children, as well as Prince Harry and his son, Archie, and her father, Prince Andrew.
However, this was recently discussed by a royal expert recently. Who explained that all it would take is one unfortunate incident, before Beatrice’s ruling as monarch became a very real prospect?
The Telegraph’s royal editor Camilla Tominey was recently asked about a hypothetical scenario, by a reader posing the nightmare question of what would happen if, for example, the Cambridges all perished in a tragic plane crash. Responding to the reader’s question, Camilla wrote: “God forbid indeed! It’s a very interesting question though.”
Could Princess Beatrice become the Queen Simple Short Answer:
The simple answer is that if the entire Cambridge family was wiped out in an awful accident, the crown would fall to Prince Harry…. As we know Prince Harry has exited and left with Megan. And seems to be keen to walk away from official Royal life and duties. To instead live in LA, TV or elsewhere… And be paid by Netflix for who knows…. rubbing shoulders and using former titles as an in. Or is that what Megan wants?
“As you correctly point out, Prince Harry is the next in line to the throne after Prince Louis, so theoretically he would inherit the crown from his father, Prince Charles,” she explained. “The question, following Megxit, is whether he would actually want to?”

What about Prince Harry and Megexit saga?
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent decision to step down as senior royals. To live an independent life abroad has thrown a spanner in the works. Of course, we all hope nothing tragic happens and all Royals live long lives and follow her majesty’s amazing example. – Please Mam do not decree off with my head or have the Beefeaters or Guards chase me out of the Kingdom.
So instead of the former method line where Harry could automatically become the next king. His “Megxit” decision indicates he no longer wants to be a working royal. As a result, it’s now speculated that he would likely forgo his right to rule and all titles – And it is assumed that his son would follow suit.
Scenario next in-line
In this scenario, if this was played out, Camilla goes on to explain that the next-in-line to the throne would actually be Prince Charles’ younger brother, Prince Andrew. You might recall him from the recent press and an interview… which we won’t mention, pizza express anyone, never sweats… come on mate?
She goes on and writes: “There is, therefore, an even more frightening prospect than the Cambridges all being wiped out in a helicopter or plane crash: Harry relinquishing his place in the line of succession – along with Archie’s – thereby leaving the Duke of York to become the next king!” – But with the disaster and scandal around him, this would be unworkable, and to remain to keep a low profile around Windsor.
However, royalists are unequivocally adamant that the scandal-plagued prince would be unlikely to accept the role, instead opting to step aside for the greater good of the royal family. Polite clap old chap indeed.
“If he then passed up the chance,” Camilla adds, “we could be looking at Queen Beatrice I.”

Future Monarch Choices
As far as future monarch choices go, Princess Beatrice is generally regarded as being a sound choice. We do like the sound of Princess Beatrice the first, in all of history a Princess B or Princess Bea would be very nice in the title.
Who knows if Covid had not tipped the world upside down, perhaps she and others would have stepped up to help the Queen with her appointments in a more regular role.
As we know Princess Beatrice did marry in 2020 and married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in a small and private ceremony, and among the well-wishers on the limited guest list was her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
It’s long been known that the Queen has a soft spot for her granddaughters, Beatrice and Eugenie. We think it could be a nice opportunity if leading Royals are supportive that Princess Beatrice and possibly her Sister take a more active supporting role and take on roles which Harry and Megan should of been embracing instead of wanting to be a celeb or get a lifetime Netflix account.
If this unfortunate set of circumstances were to eventuate, it’s comforting to think that wherever the Queen was in this scenario, we think she’d be fully supportive of her granddaughter following in her footsteps to the throne.
